  • Jon Krummel

    Jon Krummel

    Jon Krummel has been working in animation for over 20 years, 13 of which were at the Walt Disney Animation Studio where he worked on The Princess and the Frog, Tangled, Prep and Landing 2, and Wreck it Ralph before being promoted to Environment Modeling Supervisor for Frozen, Zootopia, and Wreck it Ralph 2. He also worked as Head of Environments on 2 theme park rides and an episodic for Disney+. Outside of Disney, Jon's background as a generalist has allowed him to work for a number of studios large and small including: Skydance Animation, Film Roman, Halon, Cinesite, Pax TV, virtual3d, Bento Box, and Premise Entertainment, among others. Jon graduated from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale in 2000 with a Bachelors degree in Media Arts and Animation and has been busy ever since, working, learning, teaching and striving to be better every day.
  • Calvin Leung

    Calvin Leung

    Calvin Leung has worked as a storyboard artist at Dreamworks Animation ("Abominable and The Invisible City," "Kung Fu Panda: The Dragon Knight," "Dragons: The Nine Realms," "Gabby's Dollhouse," and "Fright Krewe"), Universal Studios Hollywood, and Skybound Entertainment. He has written scripts for animated and live-action Nickelodeon shows ("Ni Hao, Kai-lan," "The Fresh Beat Band," and "Instant Mom"). As a filmmaker, he directed and produced the feature-length documentary film "Furious Beauty" about Versa-Style Dance Company, which was distributed on Hulu. With a curious spirit to continue learning and sharing with others, Calvin also is an Unreal Engine cinematic animator and content creator, inspired to merge disciplines from his studies at Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, and to bring God's presence through storytelling.
  • Devin Morse

    Devin Morse

    Devin is currently a Game Art Course Director at Full Sail University in Winter Park, FL. He is also an Online Course Developer and instructor for Arts Atelier 146.Previously, Devin worked in the Military Simulation Industry as a 3D Graphics Artist for Carley Corporation in Orlando, FL. He worked on various military projects to include the Ready Relevant Learning program (the Navy’s largest training program) and the Marines’ CH53K King Stallion helicopter.Devin also worked in the Independent Game Development industry. Various companies include Inverted Studios, The Factory, and Mechanical Butterfly, LLC. He has worked in multiple capacities, such as lead game developer, animator, level designer, and 2D/3D artist. Devin continues to work on indie video games.Devin is a graduate from the Academy of Art University with a BFA (Bachelor of Fine Arts) in Game Design and a MA (Master of Arts) in Game Development (3D Environment Art) from Academy of Art University in San Francisco.

    David Nielsen has illustrated for advertising, video explainers, magazines, books and graphic novels. He has produced commercial illustration and animated explainer videos for CAT, Samaritan Ministries International, Prison Fellowship International and contributed to an animated series in development for MOD Studios. As part of the “Brainy Pixel Bunch”, David illustrated and animated extinct animals for a propose game for Answers in Genesis and storyboarded a show pitch for the Angel Studios Guild program. Designing to the big picture he seeks to glorify God.
  • Danielle Powers

    Danielle has had the privilege of working with iconic animation studios like Disney, Nickelodeon, Paramount, Warner Bros., and several independent studios as a background painter and visual development artist. Some of her favorite projects include Green Eggs and Ham, Young David, Gremlins: Secret of the Mogwai, and Fairy OddParents: A New Wish.In her personal art, she focuses on color, design, and mood through lighting. Whether painting landscapes or stylized animation environments, she loves telling stories through visuals. In her free time, she enjoys digital fan art and plein air painting, often capturing iconic landscapes like Wyoming's Tetons or Yellowstone's vistas. Nature is her source of inspiration, reminding her of the beauty and power of God’s creation.

  • Michael Carter

    Is an invaluable consultant for Arts Atelier 146 and the Director of Growth Strategies at BrightDot. Michael brings a set of skills that can only be gained through years of experience and passion. He has dedicated his career to the development of servant leaders through Christian-based higher education. Under Michael’s 22 years of visionary leadership, Campbellsville University (CU)—saw substantial growth in enrollment, staff, educational opportunities, campus grounds improvements, and multi-site expansion. During Michael’s presidency, CU raised more than $125 million for improvements and increased the school’s endowment nearly 400%. Enrollment grew from 1,600 at the beginning of his presidency to 13,500 in 2020. Michael graduated from Marshall University with bachelor’s and master’s degrees and went on to graduate studies at Andover-Newton Theological College. He received his Ph.D. from Ohio State University. Michael is author of numerous articles ranging from higher education and community change to religion and life in Appalachia. He and his wife, Debbie, have three adult children. They reside in Kentucky and are active members of their church.

    Michael is an attorney and business man. Mr. Conover provided the building and property for Arts Atelier 146 and is an invaluable support of this Institution. He is a mentor to founder William Morse and legal advisor of Arts Atelier 146. Michael and his wife, Carol Conover, have been long-standing community minded citizens of Harrodsburg/Mercer County. Carol has taught art and worked to further educational opportunities for Mercer County youth. Michael is an author, loves God, and is a minister in Harrodsburg Kentucky. Mr. Conover continues to enrich Harrodsburg/Mercer County through his leadership and community spirit.
  • Connie Dunn

    She has her Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&I University and her teacher’s Certification: EC-4 Generalist in Houston, TX, Standard Certification, Pedagogy & Professional EC-12, ESL/Supplemental, and Generalist EC-6. Connie was the Chairman of the Christian Women’s Club-Area Rep, Prayer Advisor, Bible study leader, and guest Speaker in South Texas. She was a Teacher of English as a Second Language (ESL) and has been part of many mission trips, including a mission trip to Bulgaria.
  • Brannon Hollingsworth

    Brannon Hollingsworth

    Brannon Hollingsworth is the COO/CCO of Brainy Pixel Productions, a Christian Animation and Production company responsible for the creation of or the production for brands such as Cubekins, Molly's Memory Verse, Lily's Lab, Righteous Warriors, Blissview, The PicTrain, Chronicles of Faith, and many more. Brannon is a Christ-centered creator who strives to use his gifts, skills, talents, and abilities for God's glory and to make disciples. Brannon’s publications has appeared in County Extra Magazine and on the websites Atlas Obscura and Unemploymentville. He also creates online content, such as educational and entertainment videos for clients such as Focus on the Family, Angel Studios, Answers In Genesis, Yippee.TV, Creator Films, the Child Evangelism Fellowship/UniteTV, Union Gospel Press/Lifestone, Sherwood Entertainment, Faith Channel, LOOR, Bridgestone Media Group, Foundation for Intelligent Media & Design, The Christmas Channel, CMaxTV, Epic! Books, Colorforms, Lightraiders, Cajan Manna Ministries, and more. Recently, via his animation company, Brainy Pixel, Brannon wrote and co-produced the multiple award-winning 22 minute pilot episode of The Cubekins, entitled the Invasion of the Cubecumbers, which has already received the Dove Seal of Approval for All Ages and nominated or won over sixty awards in the Christian Film industry.

    Ken and his wife Lisa have pastored in Dallas, Richardson, Kingsville, and Decatur. He is currently the Senior Pastor at First Baptist Church in Stephenville, Texas. Ken attended Baylor University and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Ken and Lisa have three sons and four grandchildren. Ken also serves as Chaplain for the Stephenville Police Department and on the Texas Baptist Executive Board. Family is a major priority for the Mays. Ken loves reading, writing, getting together with people, discipling one on one and in small groups, as well as trains, art, antiques, and Star Wars.
  • William Morse

    William Morse

    Chief Executive Director

    William Morse is the Chief Executive Director and a founding member of Arts Atelier 146. He has taught higher education at the Associate Professor level for the past 27+ years. William was Chair and Lead Professor of two Art & Design Departments. Mr. Morse has built graphic design and animation BFA programs for universities in Kentucky, Mississippi, Kansas, and Texas. For 11 years, he was a Senior Adjunct Professor at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh-online division. He is a member of the Board of Directors for the Florence Classical Arts Academy in Florence, Italy. William is a graduate from Texas A&M University with a BFA (Bachelor of Fine Arts) in Art and Advertising. He has a MS (Master of Science) in Art from Texas A&M University and an MFA (Master of Fine Arts) in 3D Animation & Visual Effects from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco. He loves teaching students and has helped to build Arts Atelier 146 as an industry standard art school in the state of Kentucky.
